What to Expect in Your CPR Course
During our BLS CPR course, you can expect to learn the detailed 7-step CPR process, how to perform CPR on adults and infants, and how to administer an AED to re-establish their heartbeat.
You’ll learn the Basic Life Support method, from calling for help and using chest compressions, to conducting mouth-to-mouth – the same procedure taught to healthcare professionals. During the course, you’ll have the opportunity to practice on a manikin with the assistance and supervision of an expert.
